The house

High above the valley, where the morning arrives first. Four suites, one house, a winter in no hurry. Whoever comes once comes back.

Our season

From early December to mid-April the snow reaches the terrace. The house stays small, even when the road has to be cleared: a restaurant with thirty-two seats, one menu in the evening, breakfast until eleven. Three nights is the minimum.

The house has stood here since 1911, as a hunting lodge. In 2021 we changed little: more light, warmer floors, the same quiet. Guests need two days before they walk slowly again. That is why three nights is our minimum.

Built in 1911 as a hunting lodge, rebuilt in 2021. At 1,640 metres, 34 kilometres from Innsbruck. Four suites in four layouts.

Whoever arrives here has two hours behind them in which nobody wanted anything. That is the beginning.
